This privacy policy explains how Ralt ("we", "us", "our") handles your data when you use our apps. The short version: we don't collect your data. Here are the details.

Runner 10K

Runner 10K is a mobile running training app. All your data — workout progress, settings, GPS routes — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and is never transmitted to any server.

Data we do NOT collect

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location or GPS data
  • Usage analytics or telemetry
  • Device identifiers
  • Advertising data

GPS and Location

Runner 10K uses your device's GPS to track your running route in real time and to measure distance. This location data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to any server. Route traces are stored locally so you can review past runs.

You grant location permission during the app's onboarding. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's settings, though route tracking will not function without it.

In-App Purchases

Runner 10K uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases through the Google Play Store. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat and Google process the transaction. We do not have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.).

RevenueCat may receive a pseudonymous app user ID to manage your purchase entitlements. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat by our app. For details on how RevenueCat handles data, see their privacy policy.

Maps

Runner 10K uses map tiles from third-party tile servers to display maps. When you view the map, your device downloads map tiles over the network. These requests contain your device's IP address (as any web request does), but we do not control or log this data. The map tile providers may have their own privacy policies.

No Advertising, No Analytics

Runner 10K contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics services, no crash reporting tools, and no tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any similar service.

This Website (ralt.nl)

Contact Form

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your information with third parties.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Strato. As with any web server, access logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be recorded by the hosting provider. We do not process or analyze these logs ourselves.

No Cookies or Tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. A session cookie is used solely for the contact form's CSRF protection and expires when you close your browser.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy when we release new apps or change how existing apps work. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
